Samsung just announced the Health Assistant, a new AI tool now available in beta for eligible US users that aims to deliver genuinely tailored wellness guidance.
A Fully Integrated AI Approach
Billed by the company as the "first fully integrated AI-powered personal health assistant," the new tool operates directly within the Samsung Health ecosystem. It combines your raw health data with artificial intelligence to give you clear, practical advice.
Rather than simply logging static metrics, the assistant lets you ask direct questions about your stats. For example, you can simply type, "Why am I so tired today based on my sleep data?" to figure out what went wrong overnight. This conversational format provides useful recommendations designed to help you reach your individual fitness goals.
Connecting the Pillars of Wellness
The AI tool draws its conclusions by analyzing health information across Samsung's "five pillars of wellness": sleep, activity, nutrition, stress, and resting heart rate. The assistant cross-references this data to show you exactly how your daily habits affect your body.
Currently, the Health Assistant remains in beta testing.
Access is exclusively limited to eligible Samsung Health users based in the United States.
