This seems to be the current working method for the very latest Windows 11 builds where the older command fails. Method 4: Pre-Modified Installation Media (Advanced Users) Tools like Rufus (a popular utility for creating bootable USB drives) have options specifically designed to customize the Windows installation experience. When creating your Windows 11 installation USB with Rufus, you can often select options to: Remove the requirement for an online Microsoft account. Disable data collection questions (privacy settings). Automatically create a local account with a name you specify. This requires downloading the Windows ISO file separately and using Rufus to prepare the USB drive. It's a bit more involved but automates the bypass during setup.
